Mike is a personal trainer and Pilates instructor who’s tried almost every fitness fad and method of working out known to mankind! Health & fitness has been a large part of Mike’s life for over 3 decades and realised many years ago that being a slave to the gym and counting calories is neither conducive to making consistent progress or having fun.
